Professional Layout Services offer a full consultation service to all
individuals - from beginners in model railways to those at a more advanced
level. It is more than
likely that you will save more than you pay for our visit - often some very
costly errors can be avoided!

- Advice and track - includes scales/gauges, track types, installation and
ballasting.

- Ballasting
- Digital Command Control - DCC. A specialist consultation service covering
most aspects of DCC.
- In depth focus available on ZTC DCC. We can help fix those ZTC
installation problems with over 10 years installation experience with this
brand.
For those requiring a more lengthy consultation arrangements can be made
for a visit to your layout. We offer help and advice on a visit and we will
usually complete any jobs requested within the visit fee providing time

COMMERCIAL CONSULTATION
PLS layouts offer a consultation service for commercial model railway
installations from public displays to educational and research establishments.
The images below show a 71/4" gauge railway installed
at a UK university for research on GPS. PLS layouts acted as consultants to the
university on the project from the planning stage ensuring the viability of the
project, specifications and some cost control.
