Design 1

Large freelance Fleischmann setrack loft layout designed to fit as much track into the space available. The client wanted several levels to allow continuous running of his large collection of Fleischmann and other European stock using Fleischmann Digital. The levels are indicated by the black base layer, blue level one with inter-connecting spiral from the base level around the turntable peninsular board and the red high level branch.

Design 2

This design for a DCC layout was required to represent Hawes station but altered to fit the space available whilst retaining the theme. The layout uses Peco OO Gauge code 75 finescale track. The straight track feeding the turntable is the location of a traverser. 

Plan 3

This modified HO Fleischmann track plan was altered to fit a specific area 6.5m x 2.25m. PLS constructed the baseboards for this project. The blue lines mark the proposed baseboard joins.

Plan 4

Simple N gauge table top plan using Peco flexi-track. Designed to allow the layout to be split into two sections with minimum impact on the track.

Plan 5

Another simple N gauge plan based on a 72" x 42" baseboard.

Plan 6

Marcway OO/EM Gauge plan designed to fit the space available in a garage. The notes on the plan show curve restrictions and gradients.

Hornby OO Gauge plan designed to fit a purpose built model railway shed. The design brief was to create a plan that operated in a similar way to a Dutch station with trains running on different levels.
