PLS Consultation Service

Professional Layout Services offer a full consultation service to all individuals - from beginners in model railways to those at a more advanced level. It is more than likely that you will save more than you pay for our visit - often some very costly errors can be avoided! 

We offer consultation in all the service areas we offer:

  2. Baseboard design and construction.
  3. Baseboards and specialist joinery services.
  4. Advice and track - includes scales/gauges, track types, installation and ballasting.
  5. Electrics and control panels.
  6. Scenics.
  7. Ballasting
  8. Digital Command Control - DCC. A specialist consultation service covering most aspects of DCC. In depth focus available on ZTC DCC.

For those requiring a more lengthy consultation arrangements can be made for a visit to your layout. We offer help and advice on a visit and we will usually complete any jobs requested within the visit fee providing time allows. Please contact us for more information.
